I direct Barretts Equine Limited to ship the horse(s) indicated
above via licensed carrier, at my expense, to:
a location outside the State of California for delivery
to me at such location. I understand and agree that the horses
will not be trained in California prior to shipping.
I also understand and agree that this
shipment SHALL BE WHOLLY AT MY OWN RISK.
Bill of Lading will be presented before release is given.
